My Story

I’m Karla, a licensed esthetician, a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, a certified yoga instructor, and certified Reiki Master. I dreamed of a career that would weave together the healing modalities that have given my life so much meaning and here we are. My approach to skin care is from a holistic perspective. I am here to honor you and your age not try to “fix” and erase supposed flaws. I want to assist you in feeling Beautiful with science based skin care treatments coupled with practices to help build your inner resilience and vitality.

I saw a need to bring simple and yet profound practices to the broken world of “beauty”, so we can restore the spark of radiance that is us!

When I first started this work I knew my intention was to bring forward this radiance—No matter how beautiful you look on the outside if you can’t FEEL your innate Beauty you will never see it. As I began to work with my clients I began pulling from different parts of my background to create a unique experience here at Ojas. By working on the physical and the energetic planes, you will leave feeling luminous inside and out.
