CANCELLATION

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled any time UP TO 24 HOURS before your appointment at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged IN FULL.

ETIQUETTE

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your service to allow a few minutes for check-in. Parking is provided in the front and rear of the building—enter thru the front. I am located in Suite #4, last suite on the left in the main atrium. If the door is closed please have a seat in the lobby and I will be with you at the time of your appointment.

The restrooms are located in the front and rear hallways. Please make yourself at home.

Inform me of any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated

Please turn off or silence your cell phone upon entering AlmaDiem

GRATUITY

For your connivence, gratuity is included within the price of your service

PAYMENT

We accept cash, gift certificates, and all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Venmo

RETURN POLICY

No refunds. Items may be exchanged for in-store credit within 21 days of purchase. Please return unused portions of product. All sales final on discounted merchandise.
