ANCIENT THERAPIES

KANSA WAND

A Kansa Wand is a Tibetan Ayurvedic tool made of copper that balances ‘dosas’ and stimulates ‘prana’ - your life force. This is a stimulating but grounding tool that is safe for everyone. Results include radiant skin, decreased inflammation, and greater harmony throughout the body.

FACIAL CUPPING

Facial cupping originated in China, Egypt and Greece as early as 1550 BC. Utilizing a glass cup to create negative pressure, circulation is increased and restriction in facial muscles and fascia is decreased. This decrease in restriction allows for greater nutrient delivery and removal of toxins. The skin appears clear, wrinkles are softened, and sinuses are less congested.

*Facial cupping does not result in bruising

FACIAL GUA SHA

Facial Gua Sha is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. In this therapy, a smooth-edged crystal Gua Sha tool is used to direct the flow of lymph. By increasing lymphatic flow - thereby encouraging the removal of cellular debris and toxins - Gua Sha works to reduce puffiness. This helps to increase our immune response and emotional health while also resulting in a smoother more sculpted look.
